This page explains how information is handled when you use the Ananta Designs website. It describes the website as it works today: a catalogue you can browse, with enquiries handled directly by the boutique.
Information you give us
This website has no sign-up form, no account registration and no checkout, so it does not collect personal details through a form. If you contact the boutique by email, telephone or WhatsApp using the details on our Contact page, we receive whatever you choose to send - typically your name, your contact details and what you are asking about - and we use it to answer you.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, this one runs on a web server, and web servers keep technical records of the requests they serve. These records are part of operating and securing the site rather than something we use to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not run analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and it loads no third-party scripts. It may use the small amount of technical storage a WordPress site needs to work correctly - for example to remember that the opening screen has already been shown during your visit, or to keep an administrator signed in.
Accounts and online purchasing
Customer accounts are not currently available and this website does not take orders. Pieces are shown with Price on request, and buying is arranged directly with the boutique. If online ordering and customer accounts are introduced later, this page will be updated before that happens.
Payments
No payment method is active on this website and no payment is taken through it. Card, UPI and bank details are never entered on this site, so none are collected or stored here.
Sharing
Because no advertising or analytics services are installed, nothing is passed to them. The company that hosts the website necessarily processes the technical records described above as part of providing that hosting.
Looking after your information
Enquiries you send are kept only for as long as we need them to deal with what you asked about and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. If you would like us to remove an enquiry you have sent, write to info@anantadesigns.in and we will.
Asking us about your information
If you want to know what we hold about you, or would like it corrected or deleted, write to info@anantadesigns.in.
Changes to this page
This page describes the website as it currently works. It will be updated as the website changes - in particular if online ordering, customer accounts or payments are introduced. The revision date is shown at the top of this page.
