This website does not currently accept orders or take payment, so there is no online cancellation or refund process running through it. Purchases are arranged directly with the boutique, and the practice below is what the boutique does for orders arranged that way.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days.
- Products must be unused.
- Customised products are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.
- Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Arranging a return
Contact the boutique first and we will tell you how to send the piece back. Please do not send anything before speaking to us.
